Tasks
- Planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the tasks of the maintenance department.
- Liaison with external service providers and management of related administration.
- Monitoring the efficiency of the production process (e.g., downtimes) and making recommendations to reduce downtime;
- Ensuring the continuous operation of production equipment in the plant.
- Directing and supervising the work of maintenance technicians, mechanical, and electrical maintenance staff.
- Preparing the plant's maintenance budget, with a special focus on annual major overhauls.
- Managing planned and emergency maintenance operations.
- Continuous development of a lean spare parts warehouse.
- Daily cooperation and continuous communication with relevant sister departments.

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead a team and perform tasks independently
- Precise, thorough, and conscientious work ethic
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure
- Confident use of English
