A brand new automated plant is looking for machine setup specialists for cold and hot pressing areas. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring presses/furnaces, tool changes, controlling production parameters and quality, as well as providing technical guidance to operators.
Tasks
- Setup, start-up, and monitoring of press machines
- Tool changes, tool condition checks
- Setting production parameters
- First-piece inspection, identification of quality deviations
- Supporting operators, technical shift supervision
- Setting up hot press machines and furnaces
- Precise control of temperature and cycle parameters
- Preheating tools, checking cooling circuits
- Monitoring thermal profiles, cycle times, pressure values
- Supervising operators, prompt intervention in case of technological deviations

Requirements
- Technical education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, metalworking)
- Experience with presses, metal forming, or heat treatment
- Ability to read technical drawings, metrology knowledge
- Independent troubleshooting, responsible work ethic
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule
