We are looking for an employee to operate and set up complex pipe manufacturing equipment at our automotive partner. This is not simply about machine tending: the job includes machine setup, monitoring production parameters, quality control, and independent problem-solving. Mastering the entire technology takes about a year, so we are looking for a colleague who plans for the long term.
Tasks
- Safe operation of pipe manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Production of items specified in the production plan.
- Preparation and loading of raw materials into the production equipment.
- Machine setup, changeovers, and making corrections when necessary.
- Continuous supervision of the production process.
- Monitoring and documentation of production parameters.
- Inspection of dimensions, shape, and surface quality of manufactured pipes.
- Sampling and performance of required inspections.
- Identification and segregation of non-conforming products.
- Movement of raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Proper storage and identification of manufactured products.
- Compliance with FIFO principles and material identification regulations.
- Maintenance of production sheets, check sheets, and other records.
- Recording production and quality data in the prescribed system.
- Documentation of machine stoppages and anomalies.
- Execution of daily operator maintenance tasks.
- Keeping the workspace clean and tidy.

Requirements
- At least secondary vocational education (skilled worker or technician in mechanical, metalworking, or technical fields).
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Willingness to work in 1-2 shifts.
- Technical mindset.
- Precision and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving skills.
