We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our stable, growing partner to lead a maintenance/technical team of about 15 people, responsible for the technical operation of the production area and the continuous development of the maintenance system.
Tasks
- Professional and operational management of a technical team of 15
- Prioritizing daily maintenance tasks and interventions
- Organizing continuous technical support for shifts
- Ensuring operational safety and availability of production machinery
- Quick and structured investigation of production equipment failures
- Diagnosing technical problems, identifying the root cause, and determining the appropriate solution
- Operating, reviewing, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance system
- Organizing planned maintenance and coordinating its execution
- Managing the measurement, analysis, and reduction of unplanned equipment downtime
- Improving equipment logs, maintenance documentation, and related records
- Coordinating the creation and optimization of the required spare parts inventory
- Managing external service partners and technical service providers
- Providing technical support for the installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment into production
- Close cooperation with production, machine setters, process engineering, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or another relevant technical field
- Maintenance experience gained at a manufacturing company
- Experience in leading a maintenance/technical team
- Comprehensive technical mindset and confident problem-solving skills
- Experience in operating preventive maintenance systems
- Structured root cause analysis (RCA) mindset
- Determined, proactive approach
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
