Our development and manufacturing partner is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to handle quality issues in production and customer complaints, conduct audits, and maintain communication with customers, the parent company, and related departments.
Tasks
- Handling quality issues arising in production
- Handling customer complaints
- Conducting internal system and process audits independently
- Preparing for customer and/or certification audits
- Tracking action plans
- Preparing reports and evaluations
- Maintaining contact with customers, the parent company, and related departments

Requirements
- At least secondary technical education
- Confident command of German, both spoken and written
- Knowledge and practical application of the 8D problem-solving method, including root cause analysis methods
- Reliable, independent, structured way of working
- Confident demeanor and communication
- Analytical mindset
- Advantage: professional experience in quality assurance
- Advantage: IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 auditor certification
- Advantage: confident knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Advantage: ISO 22163 auditor certification
- Advantage: knowledge of ACT (automotive core tools)
- Advantage: English language skills
