Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience, from promoting services or retail, scheduling reservations, answering questions, checking in guests, to processing payments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 10-25 pounds
