For our manufacturing partner, we are looking for a colleague with PLC programming skills to lead the maintenance team. The tasks include assessing the maintenance needs of machinery and equipment, building and improving an operational system, as well as planning and organizing the work of maintenance colleagues.
Tasks
- Assessment of maintenance needs for machinery and equipment, building and improving an operational system.
- Planning, preparation, and operational execution of monthly and annual planned preventive maintenance works
- Review and updating of maintenance plans and instructions
- Coordination of equipment relocation
- Planning and organization of the work of maintenance colleagues
- Supervision of the operation of PLC and HMI-based control systems in the plant, participation in troubleshooting and maintenance
- Participation in programming, modification, and documentation of control systems

Requirements
- Higher technical or secondary technical education
- 3-5 years of experience in the technical maintenance field
- PLC programming knowledge and practice
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, controls, and drives
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI system programming environments (Siemens, B&R, Kinco and Delta) is an advantage
- Process and systemic mindset
