Our partner is a stable, steadily growing industrial company with an international background that develops and manufactures products in a modern production environment using cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a new colleague to join their Miskolc production plant as a Welding Technology Engineer.
Tasks
- Development of manufacturing processes, primarily in the field of laser welding technologies
- Coordination and implementation of technology development projects considering cost, quality, deadline, and functionality aspects
- Definition and coordination of technical requirements related to production equipment
- Representation of manufacturing technology and welding aspects during the development of new equipment, processes, and products
- Collaboration with design areas to establish appropriate interfaces from a welding technology perspective
- Participation in concurrent engineering processes
- Professional consultation and support for related technical areas
- Transfer of professional knowledge, conducting training and courses
- Collaboration with international and interdisciplinary project teams

Requirements
- Welding technology experience, background in laser welding is an advantage
- Broad knowledge in the fields of materials science and metallurgy
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials engineering, or another relevant technical field
- Professional experience gained in a manufacturing technology, production, or industrial environment
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Structured, goal-oriented mindset
- Good problem-solving and collaboration skills
