Several confectionery machine operator positions are available at our food industry partner company: packaging machine operator, dough maker, and line operator (dough shaper). The job involves operating machinery and equipment, quality control, and basic setup tasks in an 8-hour, 3-shift schedule.
Tasks
- Packaging machine operator: proper and efficient operation of modern automatic food and packaging equipment
- Packaging machine operator: monitoring packaging quality (checking seal lines, dates, air content)
- Packaging machine operator: basic setup and operation tasks (checking and calibrating gravity scales, replacing and threading labels and foils, setting sealing parameters, adjusting filler quantity)
- Packaging machine operator: clearing biscuit jams
- Packaging machine operator: manual packaging (sorting sliced products, blister and cardboard box packaging)
- Dough maker: setting the dough kneading program
- Dough maker: calling up raw materials based on the recipe
- Dough maker: operating and keeping clean the machinery and equipment used during production
- Dough maker: performing measurement operations (determining the quantities of raw materials used and returned)
- Dough maker: continuous monitoring of dough quality and consistency
- Line operator: checking dough quality
- Line operator: operating production machines, continuously monitoring their safe operation (adjusting belt speed, roller position)
- Line operator: setting dough band thickness, shaping semi-finished products
- Line operator: continuously filling out the line operator logbook
- Line operator: compliance with food industry regulations, maintaining workspace order (deep cleaning with an air gun and mop)
- Line operator: using a movable stepped platform in case of dough jams (at a height of 2-2.5 meters)
