We are looking for a specialist to work on modern CNC machining centers at our partner company in Mezőkövesd, a market-leading automotive supplier present in Hungary for over 30 years. The position involves independent program creation, machine setup, and participation in custom tool manufacturing.
Tasks
- Programming CNC machining centers
- Confident interpretation of production documentation, 2D/3D drawings
- After training, independent program creation (CAM-TopSolid) and machine setup
- Confident measurement skills (calipers, micrometer)
- Designing optimal cutting technology: selecting appropriate tools and cooling, determining cutting speeds and feeds
- Determining clamping and manufacturing strategy
- Fine-tuning programs
- Independent and responsible work
- Cooperation with toolmakers, technologists, and engineers working in the tool shop

Requirements
- Experience in programming CNC machining centers (min. 2-3 years)
- Independent program creation, machine setup, tooling
- Knowledge and use of CAM programs
- Willingness to work a 2-shift schedule
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Manufacturing technology knowledge (cutting processes)
- Independent and proactive work
- Advantage: knowledge of CAM software (TopSolid)
- Advantage: experience with Heidenhain ITNC530 control
- Advantage: experience in programming 3-axis machines
- Advantage: experience in cold forming tool manufacturing
- Advantage: experience in programming wire and/or sinker EDM machines
