A poker club is looking for a precise, responsible employee for cashier/receptionist duties. Tasks include guest registration, selling and buying back chips, and daily financial reconciliation of the card room. This position is available for full-time students with a long-term commitment.
Tasks
- requesting ID / driver's license / passport or access card from guests upon entry
- checking profiles in the registration interface
- opening/closing the cash register
- selling chips to players, buying back valuable chips from players
- monitoring chip and cash stock to ensure smooth operation of the card room, and notifying the room manager of any replenishment needs
- organizing internal asset transfers
- performing cash and chip reconciliation of the card room using available data
- summarizing daily results, recording daily card room results item by item in the cash book
- learning and applying the documentation and accounting system used in the card room
- inventory of forms, documents, and plastic cards; replenishing shortages, printing, or reporting in a timely manner
- participating in the opening and closing of gaming tables

Requirements
- active full-time student status
- at least 18 years old
- conversational English proficiency
- user-level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive)
- long-term commitment (min. 6 months)
- working hours: Monday - Sunday: between 14:00 and 10:00, flexible schedule
- C1 level Hungarian proficiency
