Tasks
- COLD PRESS: Setting up, starting, and monitoring press machines
- Tool changes, tool condition checks
- Setting production parameters
- First-off part inspection, quality deviation detection
- Supporting operators, shift technical management
- HOT PRESS: Setting up hot press machines and furnaces
- Precise management of temperature and cycle parameters
- Preheating tools, checking cooling circuits
- Monitoring thermal profiles, cycle times, pressure values
- Managing operators, quick intervention in case of technological deviations

Requirements
- Technical education (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, metalworking)
- Experience on press machines, in metal forming, or heat treatment
- Ability to read technical drawings, metrology knowledge
- Independent troubleshooting, responsible working style
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
