Our partner company with an international background in Bács-Kiskun county offers a stable and long-term opportunity in the position of Maintenance Team Leader.
Tasks
- Managing the maintenance team during the shift
- Supervision of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective repairs)
- Prioritizing repair and maintenance tasks according to production needs
- Liaising with the maintenance planning engineer and production areas
- Organizing external partners and spare parts in urgent cases
- Managing and escalating unplanned stoppages
- Training new colleagues, team development
- Ensuring daily use of maintenance systems (SAP-PM / OPRA) (e.g., processing work orders, bookings, checking correct completion)
- Enforcing and checking safety regulations (e.g., lockout/tagout, fall protection systems for work at height)
- Continuously improving the availability of production machines

Requirements
- Minimum secondary vocational education (Electrician, electrical industry technician, mechatronics technician)
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of production machinery
- Automation experience (PLC troubleshooting - Siemens/Beckhoff, knowledge of camera systems)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Basic English language skills
