We are looking for TIG welders for the new Siemens Energy plant for the production of gas turbine burners. The tasks include the preparation and assembly of parts to be welded based on technical drawings, setting up the welding machine, tack welding and welding of parts according to instructions using a manual, semi-automatic or automatic welding machine. Welded parts must be visually inspected, corrective and preventive solutions recommended in case of problems, and occupational health and safety, fire protection, quality and environmental management regulations, as well as the 5S system, must be followed.
Tasks
- Preparation and assembly of parts to be welded based on technical drawings.
- Setting up the welding machine depending on the materials used.
- Tack welding and welding of parts according to the given welding instructions.
- Performing welding operations with a manual, semi-automatic or automatic welding machine.
- Visual inspection of welded parts.
- Recommending corrective and preventive solutions in case of problems or deviations.
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, quality and environmental management regulations.
- Maintaining workplace order (5S system).

Requirements
- Welding qualification (TIG)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in process 141 (TIG welding)
- Experience in pipe welding
- Familiarity with the processes and use of semi-automatic and automatic welding machines
- Experience with FM3 material group and nickel-based alloys (nimonic, inconel, etc.)
- Mastering the orbital pipe welding process
- Basic knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office)
