Boeing is looking for Product Repair/Mod Technician General (Level A) to join the team in Papa, Hungary. The position is part of the on-site C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program maintenance team supporting the Strategic Airlift Capability (SAC) C-17 aircraft based at Papa AB, Hungary. Applicant will participate in organizational level maintenance activities associated with day-to-day operations of C-17 Globemaster III aircraft to meet SAC mission requirements.
Tasks
- Participation in Intermediate level maintenance activities including component repair, test set operation, battery charging, and scheduled periodic inspections
- Assembles, disassembles and/or modify systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components
- Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
- Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components
- Performs C-17 maintenance to include pre/post flight inspections, repair flight discrepancies, launch and recover aircraft for missions, perform scheduled maintenance activities, perform home station checks (HSC), perform back shop maintenance, perform support equipment maintenance and perform MRT/AOG activities

Requirements
- The ability to obtain NATO or US security clearance
