We are looking for experienced, reliable CNC Setup Operators for our automotive supplier partner's newly launched plant in Vecsés. The main tasks for this position include independently operating, setting up, and changing over a 5-axis CNC milling machine, along with a willingness to learn other equipment (Fanuc wire EDM, conventional machining tools). The job requires close cooperation with the CNC programmer, compliance with quality standards, and documentation.
Tasks
- Independent operation, setup, and changeover of a 5-axis CNC milling machine (Heidenhain controller)
- Willingness to learn to operate other machines (Fanuc wire EDM); occasional use of conventional machine tools (lathe, surface grinder, drill)
- Continuous operation and supervision of machines
- Monitoring production parameters and making adjustments when necessary
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Close cooperation with the CNC programmer colleague
- Compliance with quality standards and maintaining documentation

Requirements
- Relevant education (CNC operator, CNC milling machinist)
- Experience in a similar field (machining, milling, turning, custom tool manufacturing)
- Proficiency in independent setup and operation of CNC machines
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Precise and responsible work ethic
- Openness to teamwork and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work 2 shifts
