We are looking for a CNC Operator for our Maklár site who enjoys working with modern machining centers, is characterized by precision, and values a quality-oriented, stable work environment.
Tasks
- Operating CNC machines and supervising the production process
- Performing milling, external broaching, heat treatment, straightening, thread cutting, grinding, and surface finishing operations
- Setting appropriate machine and machining parameters based on workpiece measurements
- Assembling and measuring tools, and maintaining related documentation
- Performing tool and program corrections
- Carrying out necessary measurements and quality checks
- Using manual and machine measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, and other measuring devices
- Interpreting technical drawings and reading blueprints
- Continuous monitoring and support of the production process
- Identifying and reporting errors arising during production
- Providing data required for daily production meetings
- Accurate maintenance of production and administrative documentation
- Performing manual material handling tasks in the production area
- Performing TPM, i.e., minor maintenance tasks
- Keeping machines and their working environment clean
- Continuous maintenance of the 5S system

Requirements
- CNC operator qualification or relevant technical degree
- User-level computer skills, particularly using Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Confident use of manual and machine measuring tools
- Precise, accurate, and quality-oriented work
- Good manual dexterity
- Tolerance for monotony and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while being open to teamwork
