Our partner, a leading aluminum systems manufacturing company in Nógrád County, is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to handle the professional and operational management of the maintenance department, lead the maintenance team, and develop and track preventive and scheduled maintenance programs.
Tasks
- Professional and operational management of the maintenance department
- Leading the maintenance team
- Development and tracking of preventive and scheduled maintenance programs
- Supervision of troubleshooting processes, active participation when necessary
- Liaising with external service providers and suppliers
- Monitoring maintenance costs, preparing reports
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Technical education (electrical, mechanical, or similar field)
- Several years of experience in maintenance or a technical field
- Communicative English or German language skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy (user level)
- Resilience, ability to work independently
