The purpose of the position is the professional slaughter, processing, preparation, and transformation of pigs into products in accordance with quality, food safety, and customer expectations. The position is located at MCS Vágóhíd Zrt., a company of the Bonafarm Group operating in Mohács as part of a greenfield investment worth 21 billion HUF completed in 2016.
Tasks
- Slaughtering pigs, butchering and cutting meat parts, deboning, and preparing ready-to-cook products.
- Preparing raw materials for meat products according to technological specifications.
- Continuous monitoring of product quality and compliance with quality requirements.
- Professional use of manual and mechanical butchery tools and equipment.
- Strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and disinfecting the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Cooperating with employees in production and packaging areas to ensure efficient work.
- Meeting quantity and quality targets according to production plans.
