Tasks
- Machine setup and operation.
- Making corrections on CNC machines based on measurement protocols.
- Interpretation of CNC machining programs, technical drawings, and tool replacement.
- Execution of changeovers, adjustments, and replacement of clamping fixtures.
- Measurement of parts using hand-held measuring tools and control templates.
- Setting up measuring devices and evaluating CMM protocols.
- Assembly and presetting of cutting tools.
- Documentation of machining steps in the ERP system.
- Maintaining workplace order (5S system).
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, quality, and environmental management regulations.

Requirements
- willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
- machinist / CNC operator / programmer, or other relevant secondary education
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
- ability to read technical drawings
- precise, reliable personality
