A stable, established automotive company is looking for a machine setter in the Tata region. The role includes commissioning, setting up, maintaining automated production equipment, troubleshooting, quality control and process improvement tasks, as well as supervising employees when necessary.
Tasks
- Commissioning, setup of automated production equipment and ensuring its continuous operation
- Performing weekly maintenance activities, as well as identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Professional execution of product quality checks and in-process measurements
- Formulating improvement ideas and actively supporting Kaizen-oriented process improvements
- Keeping production-related documentation up to date
- If necessary, coordinating the schedule of employees working on the production line and supervising their work

Requirements
- Experience in a machine setter role is essential
- Secondary education
- Experience in a mass production environment is an advantage
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
- Lifting machine operator qualification (crane) - advantage
- Forklift license - advantage
- Experience in managing people - advantage
