Our partner company is a dynamically developing family business present in the food industry for over 15 years. Their main activity is the production of high-quality bread and fresh bakery products. We are looking for colleagues for their Budapest team who want to work in a secure workplace for the long term.
Tasks
- Pre-shift inspection of the production line and associated machinery and equipment, ensuring their proper operation
- Setting up the production line for the given product, as well as changing over and fine-tuning machines as needed
- Continuous supervision of the production process
- Checking the use of raw materials and fillings required for production according to specifications
- Independent handling of minor problems, deviations and machine adjustment tasks arising during production, prevention of waste
- Ensuring the continuous cleanliness and order of the work area, machines and tools
- Consistent adherence to food safety, hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Accurate maintenance of documentation and forms related to the position

Requirements
- Experience gained in a production plant, on a assembly line or in a machine operator position
- Technical aptitude, understanding of machine operations and the ability to independently perform basic settings
- Precise, responsible and independent work
- Good problem-solving and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
