We are looking for an experienced professional who will actively contribute to smooth production operations as both a shift supervisor and machine setter. Your duties will include commissioning production machinery, maintenance, and coordinating shift personnel.
Tasks
- Commissioning and setup of production machinery, wrapping machines, daters, compressors, and other equipment
- Continuous technical support of production and prevention of equipment downtime
- Identification and troubleshooting of technical issues, and organizing repairs when necessary
- Preparation and coordination of product changeovers and performing necessary fine-tuning
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks and maintaining equipment in reliable operating condition
- Documenting maintenance and breakdown events
- Organizing, coordinating, and professionally supporting the work of shift personnel
- Supporting the training of new colleagues in technical tasks
- Coordinating on-site work of external service partners and maintenance technicians
