Due to company expansion, we are looking for an assembler / furnace operator for vacuum brazing, part preparation, assembly, and inspection. Work takes place in a production environment in a three-shift schedule, including metal fitting tasks related to gas turbine burner manufacturing.
Tasks
- Preparation of brazed joints and parts for vacuum brazing
- Professional loading and unloading of the vacuum furnace
- Monitoring brazing cycles, checking basic parameters
- Compliance with production documentation and work instructions
- Inspection of finished brazed parts
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workspace
- Reporting any deviations in technology or quality
- Preparation of pieces and parts (cutting, sawing, grinding) for welding according to technical drawings
- Assembly of parts based on assembly drawings and parts lists, using lifting equipment if necessary
- Filling out self-check lists (dimensional inspection) to ensure accurate work
- Filtering out defective parts, repairing them when possible
- Cleaning of the assembled product (using automatic washing machines) and drying
- Performing flow cross-section inspection of parts
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, quality, and environmental management regulations
- Metal fitting (deburring, creating radii) of cast, forged, or machined (milling, grinding, EDM) parts during gas turbine burner manufacturing

Requirements
- Secondary technical education (e.g., mechanic, metalworker, industrial technician)
- Precise, responsible work
- Good fine motor skills
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Experience in vacuum furnaces, heat treatment, or brazing is an advantage
- Basic ability to read technical drawings
- Willingness to work three shifts
