Siemens Energy's transformer plant in Budapest is looking for an assembler for the assembly of medium-voltage distribution transformers. The job involves coil placement, wedging, core stacking, making connections, installing low- and high-voltage bushings, cleaning, and component assembly based on available documentation. Processing steps must be documented in the enterprise management system, and occupational health, safety, fire safety, quality, and environmental regulations must be strictly followed.
Tasks
- Assembly of medium-voltage distribution transformers: coil placement, wedging, core stacking, connection making, low- and high-voltage bushing installation, cleaning, and component assembly based on available documentation
- Documenting processing steps in the ERP system
- Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, quality management, and environmental regulations

Requirements
- Several years of manufacturing experience in installation and assembly (electrical assembly experience is an advantage)
- Experience in transformer assembly is a major advantage
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Basic computer skills (opening electronic documentation, recording work operations)
- Proficiency in using screwdrivers, other power hand tools, torque wrenches, and typical production hand tools
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Precise, reliable personality, good physical endurance
- Metal industry proficiency/experience
- Advantage, but not a requirement: experience in a multinational environment
- Advantage, but not a requirement: lifting equipment / heavy machinery operator certification (crane operator)
