Our partner is an established industrial company with an international background, working on complex manufacturing and industrialization projects with high quality and safety standards. To expand our team, we are looking for a Site Welding Coordinator who will become a key figure in the production environment both professionally and in a coordination role.
Tasks
- Development and maintenance of production and industrialization procedures, working methods
- Professional coordination of welding and related manufacturing processes
- Application of industrialization standards and methodologies (e.g. P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, Task Sequencing)
- Ensuring the accuracy of production documentation, work instructions, and master data
- Use of digital manufacturing systems (PLM, ERP, MES)
- Professional support for First Article production
- Initiation of efficiency and productivity improvement measures
- Cooperation with project and production teams to achieve manufacturing goals

Requirements
- Engineering degree or relevant technical background
- IWE certificate
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrialization environment
- Knowledge of welding technologies and manufacturing processes
- Quality and process-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving, systemic approach
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Knowledge of Lean or similar methodologies is an advantage
