We are looking for a new printer for our manufacturing partner company in Traiskirchen. Both career starters and experienced professionals are welcome.
Tasks
- Setting up, operating, monitoring, and performance optimization of offset printing presses (2-color, 4-color)
- Preparation of the printing process, continuous color tone and print quality control (plate setting)
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality requirements
- Implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations (color measurements during printing, print quality)
- Sorting and preparing printed envelopes for shipping
- Troubleshooting
- Cleaning, maintenance, and care of the machines
- Fulfillment of production guidelines (workflow planning by the print shop manager)

Requirements
- Completed training as an offset printer / print technician with relevant professional knowledge
- Applications are welcome from both career starters and those with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of German or English, with a willingness to improve German language skills being mandatory
- Good technical understanding and high concentration capacity
- Creativity and a strong sense of quality
- Physical resilience and accuracy
- Good eyesight and developed color perception
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork, and self-motivation
- Willingness to work in partial shift schedules (during peak season)
