We are looking for CNC machinists for Siemens Energy's new production area. The position involves setting up and operating machines, making corrections, interpreting CNC programs and technical drawings, as well as measurement and documentation tasks.
Tasks
- Setting up and operating machines.
- Performing corrections on CNC machines based on measurement protocols.
- Interpreting CNC machining programs and technical drawings, replacing tools.
- Executing changeovers, adjustments, and replacing clamping devices.
- Measuring parts with hand-held measuring tools and inspection templates.
- Setting up measuring tools, evaluating CMM (coordinate measuring machine) protocols.
- Assembling and presetting cutting tools.
- Documenting machining steps in the ERP system.
- Maintaining workplace order (5S system).
- Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, quality, and environmental management regulations.

Requirements
- Machine machinist / CNC machine operator / programmer, or other relevant secondary education
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Precise, reliable personality
