Richter Gedeon Nyrt., a leading pharmaceutical company in Hungary, is looking for a senior warehouse keeper for its Vecsés site. The position involves administrative and coordination tasks related to SAP systems (WM/EWM, PM), as well as supervising and improving warehouse processes.
Tasks
- Participating in testing new SAP features and changes
- Using SAP and its modules (WM/EWM, PM) dedicated to the organization
- Checking requisition forms and group fixed asset requisition forms, taking free stocks into account
- Processing the disposition list
- Assisting in carrying out transfers between warehouses
- Taking necessary measures and making proposals regarding inventory levels
- Performing administrative tasks related to the time-slot booking system
- Supervising the temperature monitoring system and taking measures if necessary
- Monitoring compliance with KPIs and preparing reports
- Coordinating warehouse functions during the disposal process
- Gathering and forwarding process improvement proposals

Requirements
- Secondary education
- Knowledge of SAP warehouse modules
- 3-5 years of logistics and warehousing experience
- Openness to handling technical issues
