Our partner, an IT security company focusing on banking, enterprise, and industrial sectors, is looking for a mid-level Information Security Consultant. The role involves information security risk analysis, policy creation, compliance audits, incident and change management, and conducting security awareness training.
Tasks
- Identifying and analyzing information security risks and making recommendations for their management
- Preparation and modification of policies and procedures
- Reviewing compliance with standards, legislation, and internal regulations
- Participation in incident management and change management processes, cooperation with the SOC team
- Preparing security awareness presentations and conducting training for clients

Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in information security
- College or university degree (can be substituted with relevant professional experience)
- English language skills, specifically comprehension of professional terminology in IT and information security
- Knowledge of professional recommendations, standards, and legislation guiding expert activities (e.g., ISO 27xxx, NIS2, TISAX)
- Proficiency in drafting and communicating policies and procedures
- Knowledge of information security tools, products, solutions, methodologies, and recommendations
- Experience participating in audits
- Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently, customer-centric approach
- Systems thinking, proactive mindset
- Advantage: International information security certification (CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP), other courses and exams
- Advantage: Practical operational experience with security products and technologies
- Advantage: Experience in information security and/or IT projects
